The enquiry builder prepares a message in your browser. Saved designs and estimates are included only if you select their separate opt-in boxes. Nothing is sent automatically; the prepared text is handed to WhatsApp only when you open its review link, and you choose whether to send it there.
There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no embedded video, no external font request and no third-party code of any kind on this site.
If the link you opened carries a reference code (for example ?c=322S), the site adds it as a final "Ref:" line to the message you prepare, so the business knows which notice or advert brought you. You see it before sending and can delete it in WhatsApp. The site does not store it in your browser or send it anywhere.
Your catalogue shortlist and saved room estimate stay in your browser storage by default. Either is included in an enquiry only after you select its separate opt-in and open the WhatsApp review link; nothing is uploaded automatically.
